Plot twist: The next companion is a normal girl/boy who only dies once in their lifetime and has no remarkable back story but he thinks they’re wonderful because they are human and the Doctor needs reminding that you don’t need to be a mystery to be remarkable.

#and the doctor never has to kiss them or sexualize them at all #in fact they are not even attracted to the doctor

so basically we want Donna back

Donna made just us average people, someone who just worked as a temp or some such, feel like we could do anything. Donna was the best.

They bought it for $1.1 billion yesterday evening (uk time) but they said that Tumblr will act as an independent company. Basically yahoo gave tumblr the money for nothing :P it was either that or tumblr would have shut down.

I would say we should expect more advertising will be pushed at us. Not a problem for me - I developed a mental filter against that ages ago and I just don’t see it.
